 Rahman, who has two nominations (Best Original Score and Best Song) for his work in Danny Boyle's film 127 Hours will perform live the song 'If I Rise' along with Florence Welch. The song has already won praise from critics for its melancholic melody. The big night would also see actress Gwyneth Paltrow performing the song 'Coming Home' from the film 'Country Strong'. Randy Newman will perform his nominated song "We Belong Together" from the animated film "Toy Story 3." Alan Menken, who is nominated for writing the music for "I See the Light" from the animated film 'Tangled', will accompany singers Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi on the piano.  |

 From what we hear, Yana was roped in to do a dance performance at a function in Delhi. The function, to be held on Feb 7, is to honour women. But just a day before leaving for Delhi, Yana refused to wear the costume designed for her by a designer hired by the show's organizers. The organizers say that Yana threw tantrums at the last minute and demanded to hire a personal costume designer and asked them to shell out money for it. Gupta reportedly demanded Rs. 40,000 for the designer and more Rs. 20,000 for her personal staff. Irked by Yana's tantrum, the organizers booted her out and roped in TV actress Jasvir Kaur to perform in her place. Yana's spokesperson, however, claims that the actress acted professionally and wanted to sort out the matter but the organizers promptly replaced her with another performer.  |

 The superstar will turn into an item guy for his home production Always Kabhi Kabhi that will be the launchpad of Karim Morani's daughter Zoa into the industry. Since Morani is a good friend of SRK, the superstar agreed to do an item song that will bring necessary publicity to the film. The movie will be directed by Roshan Abbas. The song will also have SRK flaunting his super-fit physique that he has developed for home production Ra.One and Farhan Akhtar's Don 2. This won't however be SRK's first item song. He had shaken his leg for a special number in the Roshans' home production Krazzy 4. Before that he had done a dance number with Malaika Arora in Kaal, which was produced by good friend Karan Johar. Guess when it comes to friends, SRK is willing to go the extra mile.  |

 Priyanka Chopra is getting all the attention for playing the hubby-slaying wife in the movie that also stars the likes of Neil Nitin Mukesh, John Abraham, Irrfan Khan, Naseeruddin Shah, Anu Kapoor and a Russian actor. Neil, who plays an army Major Rodriques in the film, says the male actors are equally pivotal to the plot. "So if the girl is important so are her seven husbands. The story would have been incomplete even without one of them. The movie has a great and huge cast," said Neil. However, even he couldn't deny that the movie ultimately belongs to Priyanka. "Of course it's her film. But we seven husbands are like her support systems. If not for us, whom would she kill!" 7 Khoon Maaf is slated to release on February 18.  |

 The denial has come in a statement issued through her spokesperson. The statement says: "There have been malicious reports circulating online about a wardrobe malfunction concerning our client Ms.Sonali Bendre. On behalf of Sonali, we would like to clarify, that there is no truth to the story which has left both Sonali Bendre and her family highly grieved and disturbed." One media report had gone on to suggest that when reporters asked Sonali at the bash about her fashion faux pas, she replied: "I am happy that you saw it." Sonali's spokesperson clarified that the actress never said anything like that to anyone. "The story also carries a quote attributed to Sonali which is utterly ridiculous. Our client belongs to a respectable family, is a mother and has always shared a very warm and cordial relationship with the media," the statement said. The statement added that the story is being fabricated by vested interests. "We would like to elucidate to all concerned that the story is fabricated by vested interests that aim to damage her reputation and hence request you to not credit it or encourage it." Seems that ever since Yana Gupta getting photographed panty less created a frenzy, the media has been all too eager to pre-maturely publicize such events even if they are baseless.  |

 Golden Kela Awards, organized by Random magazine, is a spin-off of Hollywood's Razzies to honour the worst in Bollywood every year. The award, which is based on public poll, is in its third year. Last year Abhishek Bachchan was given the award for worst accent, and the actor was present at the award ceremony to accept the Dara Singh Award for Worst Accent for his attempt to speak in an American accent in Delhi 6. Salman Khan's blockbuster Dabangg has not been nominated under any category. The award ceremony will be held on March 2 and will be hosted by Cyrus Broacha.  Out of the blue, Caterina has hit the headlines for her raunchy item in director Ankush Bhatt's film Bhindi Bazaar Inc. She claims to be a cousin sister of Jennifer Lopez but prefers not to talk about her relationship with the Hollywood star. What she's talking about rather is her experience of doing a Bollywood item. "It was not easy learning the whole Bollywood style of dancing because it's very different. It's a different ball game altogether. Learning the song was also very tough but once I got a hang of it, it became better. Honestly I think I did a good job," Caterina is quoted as saying by a news agency. Now, Caterina is eyeing a career in Bollywood and is planning to learn Hindi soon. "I'm still struggling with the language. Here and there I've learned a few words, but I'm definitely planning to get a teacher and learn Hindi completely," she added. If good offers come her way, Caterina says she might even make Mumbai her second home. She's most welcome.  |

 On reaching the party at 2:30AM Shahrukh said, "I was actually shooting. I was working so I told him that I would come late and they are so sweet that they waited for me. Imran and Avantika are my young friends, so I wanted to come and wish them." Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali was one of the first to arrive, cricketer Yuvraj Singh and boxer Vijendra also attended the reception. The Kapoors, Shammi Kapoor and his nephews Rishi Rapoor and Randhir Kapoor came together and they were joined by Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. "Imran is a very dear friend of mine. I want to wish them a very happy married life," said Ranbir. R. Madhavan with wife Sarita, Akshay Kumar with wife Twinkle Khanna, Hrithik Roshan with wife Sussanne Khan, Suniel Shettty, Govinda, Jackie Shroff, Bobby Deol, Anupam Kher, Irrfan Khan, Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna, Tusshar Kapoor and his father Jitendra, Zayed Khan and Sanjay Khan were among the celebrities who attended the bash.
